5.参考文献的著录格式采用顺序编码制，请按文中出现的先后顺序编号。所引文献必须是作者直接阅读参考过的、最主要的、公开出版文献。未公开发表的、且很有必要引用的，请采用脚注方式标明，参考文献不少于3条。
6.来稿勿一稿多投。收到稿件之后，5个工作日内审稿，电子邮件回复作者。重点稿件将送同行专家审阅。如果10日内没有收到拟用稿通知（特别需要者可寄送纸质录用通知），则请与本部联系确认。
