2、凡作者来稿，请一律用A4纸打印，可参照本刊体例格式打印（参见附件1）。
3、来稿必须是作者独立取得的原创性教育或者学术研究成果；署名和作者单位无误，未曾以任何形式用任何文种在国内外公开发表过；未一稿多投。
4、本刊决定采用的稿件，作者应提供英文的题目、作者姓名、作者工作单位、内容提要和关键词。
5、论文格式及要素：标题->作者->工作单位(院系处室)->摘要->关键词->正文->参考文献->作者简介(100字内)->联系方式(通信地址、邮编、电话、电子信箱)。
6、来稿本刊一律不退，请作者自留底稿。
7、凡投寄本刊的稿件请勿一稿多投，若三个月内未收到用稿通知，作者可自行处理。
8、本刊已加入“中国学术期刊（光盘版）”。若作者不同意将文章编入数据库，请在来稿时声明，本刊将做适当处理。
